研究了丹参脂溶性有效部位的纯化工艺,以总丹参酮含量和提取率为考察指标,比较了醇提水沉、大孔树脂纯化、CO2超临界萃取、氯仿萃取4种纯化方法,并对醇提水沉工艺参数进行了考察。结果表明丹参脂溶性成分的最佳纯化工艺为醇提后20倍生药材量的水冷藏沉淀24h为最佳。 |

Purification Technology of the Liposoluble Component from Salvia Miltiorrhiza |

Abstract: |
A method for the purification of the liposoluble component from Salvia miltiorrhiza was established. The content of total tanshinone and extraction rate were wed as index to determine the optimum methods among ethanol extraction and water sedimentation, macroporous resin purification, supercritical fluidextraction methods and trichloromethane forward extraction. Then the optimum technologic parameters of the ethanol extraction and water sedimentation method were further studied. The Results showed that the optimum conditions for purification were as follows: Salvia miltiorrhiza was extracted with ethanol and cool storaged by adding 20 times of the water (mwater:mmaterial=20:1) for 24 hours. |
