用乙酸乙酯对狭叶十大功劳的乙醇提取物进行萃取,萃取液浓缩后经反复的硅胶、凝胶柱层析分离纯化得到5个化合物,并通过理化性质和TLC、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析,鉴定化合物结构分别为小檗碱 (Ⅰ)、药根碱(Ⅱ)、5’-甲氧基大风子品D (Ⅲ)、木犀草素(Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇 (Ⅴ)。其中5’-甲氧基大风子品D (Ⅲ)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
Five compounds were isolated from ether acetate extraction of ethanol extraction of Mahonia fortunei Fedde, and purified by silica- gel and sephadex column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis (TLC, 1HNMR, 13CNMR,MS). Five compounds were identified as berberine (Ⅰ) , jarrorrbizine (Ⅱ) , 5′-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D (Ⅲ) , lutellin (Ⅳ) andβ- sitosterol(Ⅴ) . 5′-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D (Ⅲ) was isolated and ident ifi ed from this plant for the first time. |
