建立了一种通过QuEChERS方法和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鸡肝中七种磺胺类药物残留量的方法。样品以磺胺二甲氧嘧啶-D6为内标,经DisQuE萃取管提取,DisQuE净化管净化,浓缩后经超高效液相色谱分离,串联质谱测定。结果表明在20~200 mg/kg范围内各磺胺类药物均呈良好的线性关系,高中低浓度绝对回收率在70~115 %,精密度小于15 %,最低定量限20 mg/kg。本方法快速、简便,适于鸡肝中七种磺胺类药物的批量测定。 |

Abstract: |
An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric method was developed for rapid determination of seven sulphonamides residues in chicken liver via QuEChERS. Sulfadimethoxine–D6 was used as internal standard. The sample was extracted by DisQuE extraction tube, cleaned up by DisQuE clean-up tube. After concentration, it was analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that good linearity in the ranges of 20~200 mg/kg for each sulphonamide component. The absolute recoveries were between 70 % and 115 %, and precision was lower 15 %. The limit of quantitative detection was 20 mg/kg. The method was simple and rapid, and it was suitable to detect sulphonamides residuals with high throughput. |
