| 对五种土霉素注射液产品（A、B、C、D和得米先20%）进行了猪体内的药代动力学比较研究。五组猪分别按20mg/kg的剂量耳后肌肉注射，HPLC测定血药浓度，3P97软件拟合血药浓度-时间数据，计算药代动力学参数。五种长效土霉素注射液均符合二室开放模型，峰浓度值分别为1.51、1.77、2.13、2.02、2.72礸/ml，AUC分别为48.45、60.22、52.41、66.04、59.8(礸/ml)*h。比较而言，得米先20%药动学最好，其次为产品C，产品B最差。 |

| Abstract: |
| The pharmacokinetic properties of five oxytetrecycline injection(A、B、C、D and Terramycin LA 20%) in clinically heathly pigs were campared and evaluated. Five groups of pig were injected intramuscularly product A、product B、product C、product D and Terramycin LA20%. Plasma concentration was determited by HPLC and concentration-time data was processed by 3P97. The results showed that the models of all groups were fit by two-comparment open model with peak plasma concentration of 1.51、1.77、2.13、2.02、2.72礸/ml and AUC of 8.45、60.22、52.41、66.04、59.8(礸/ml)*h. Terramycin LA 20% is the best in pharmacokinetics, then product C,and product B last. |
