摘要:

主要综述了四环素类药物抑制基质金属蛋白酶、干预细胞因子的产生、抗氧自由基等的非抗菌作用机制，以及治疗牙周炎、骨关节炎、糖尿病、骨质疏松症、抗肿瘤、胸腔积液等的非抗菌临床应用。

Abstract:

This article reviews the Non-antibiotic mechanism and Non-antibiotic use of Tetracyclines,mainly including Matrix metalloproteinases, intervene the production of the cytokine, eactive oxygen radicals and treatment periodontitis, osteoarthritis, diabetes,osteoporosis, antitumor, pleural effusion and so on.
