分子印迹聚合物及其在药物分离中的应用研究进展

摘要:
分子印迹聚合物具有高度的特异性和稳定性,在固相萃取等分离技术领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文简述了分子印迹聚合物的起源、基本原理、特点和制备方法,主要总结了分子印迹聚合物在药物分离中的应用现状及分子印迹聚合物存在的问题和发展趋势。

Progress on Molecularly Imprinting Polymers and Its Application in Drug Separation

Abstract:
Molecularly imprinted polymers have high specificity and stability. There are many applications in the separation techniques, especially in solid-phase extraction. In this paper, the source, mechanism, characteristics and the main prepared method of molecularly imprinted polymers are reviewed. The current state and future developments in drug separation are summarized in detail. The potential problems that can arise with the use of molecularly imprinted polymers are also mentioned.
