Abstract: |
After inoculation of attenuated Salmonella to organisms, immune response would be induced by both Salmonella and the carried exogenous genes, so that the attenuated Salmonella is considered as a promising recombinant vaccine. In this article, we briefly introduce the attenuated Salmonella and the immune response caused by the expressing product of the exogenous gene. We also focus on the improvement in the stability and expression level of exogenous gene in Salmonella. |
