摘要:目的:建立控制复方黄芪金银花颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层层析对颗粒中女贞子、金银花、黄芪、枸杞子进行了薄层鉴别;采用双光束紫外-可见光分光度法测定了颗粒中绿原酸的含量。结果:薄层鉴别方法专属性强,含量测定绿原酸在42.24—84.48ug /ml内具有良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程为:A=0.0053證-0.0012(r=0.9999,n=5);样品在24h内稳定,RSD=0.733%;加样平均回收率为102.049%,RSD=0.499%;该方法精密度高,RSD=0.382%。结论:本质量标准可有效地控制复方黄金颗粒剂的质量。 |

Abstract: Objective: Establish control standards of Huangjin compound granules.Methods: Using the Thin layer chromatography to distinguish Astragalus, Lonicera japonica, Ligustrum lucidum, Chinese wolfberry fruit, etc. in the particles. Dual-beam UV - visible spectrophotometry in the determination of the particle content of chlorogenic acid. Results: TLC method is specific. Determination of chlorogenic acid has good linearity within the the 42.24-84.48ug / ml .The Standard curve regression equation: A=0.0053證-0.0008(r=0.9999,n=5). The Sample is stable in the 24h, RSD=0.733%. The average recovery is 102.049%, RSD=0.499%. This method was high Precision, RSD=0.382%.Conclusion: The quality standards that can effectively control the quality of Huangjin compound granules. |
