采用表面分子印迹技术和溶胶-凝胶技术,以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,四乙氧基硅烷为交联剂,合成了以雌二醇为模板的分子印迹聚合物。研究了该聚合物的合成条件和用平衡结合实验研究了该聚合物的识别性能。结果表明,在所研究的浓度范围内,雌二醇分子印迹聚合物的饱和吸附容量为6.689mg/g,而非模板聚合物的饱和吸附容量为4.491mg/g,二者相比,雌二醇分子印迹聚合物表现出很高的吸附容量。 |

The molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by a surface molecular imprinting technique in combination with a sol-gel process using estradiol as the template molecule 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as functional monomers and tetrahydrofuran as cross-linker.The thesis studies the polymer synthesis conditions and equilibrium binding experiment with a combination of properties of the polymer.The results showed that the polymer saturated adsorption capacity for estradiol was 6.689mg/g,the non-imprinted polymer saturated adsorption capacity for estradiol was 4.491mg/g,the polymer gave much higher adsorption capacity for estradiol than the non- imprinted polymer. |
