研究并建立了水产品中7种多氯联苯残留的气相色谱检测方法。方法线性范围为1ng/mL~180ng/mL,相关系数均大于0.999,定量限为0.5礸/Kg,检测限为0.3礸/Kg。该方法采用正己烷/二氯甲烷(9:1)萃取,佛罗里硅土分散固相萃取、净化,进行样品前处理,与超声-液液萃取法相比,节省了前处理时间,仅需30min,且基体干扰小,结果准确可靠,重复性好,回收率为84.7%~112%,相对标准偏差0.79%~8.88%,可满足实验室多氯联苯快速分析的需要。 |

A method for determining residues of seven kind of polychlorinated biphenyls in aquatic products was developed by gas chromatography. The test results showed the method was linear over the range assayed,1ng/mL~180ng/mL, with all correlation coefficiens
>0.999,the limit of quanification(LOQ)Was 0.5礸/Kg,the limit of detection(LOD)Was 0.3礸/Kg.The analytes were extracted with blended solution of hexane and dichloromethane
(9:1), Florisil dispersive solidphase extraction cleaned up.Compared to the ultrasonic wave extraction, the method can short the time of pretreatment, only requiring 30 min and with fewer matrix interference.The results is nicety and good repetition, with the average recoveries raging from 84.7%~112%and the relative standard deviations from 0.79%~8.88%. |
