| 采用挤出滚圆方法，首先制备了替米考星载药丸芯，然后采用离心造粒包衣设备，以丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ和Ⅲ为材料对丸芯进行包衣。结果显示所制备的替米考星肠溶微丸在pH=1盐酸溶液中2h内累积释放度小于10%，在pH=6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液中45min累积释放度达80%以上，符合中华人民共和国药典对肠溶制剂的要求。 |

| Abstract: |
| The tilmicosin-contained pellet cores was prepared using extrusion-spheronization method, followed by the enteric coating with polyacrylic resin-Ⅱand Ⅲ by centrifugal granulator.The tilmicosin enteric-coated pellets released less than 10% in pH 1 hydrochloric acid solution in the first 2 hours, then released more than 80% in pH 6.8 phosphoric buffer within 45 minutes. The data met the requirements for enteric-coated formulations set by Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China. |
