摘要:

简要介绍了乙酰甲喹的结构特点、药动学性质、常见的中毒症状、临床控制方法，分析了哪些药物可以替代乙酰甲喹，提出了更优选的肠道疾病控制策略，期望对绿色养殖的推广、临床疾病的控制有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The useful and harmful effects, structures, characters and clinical control of maquindox were reviewed. Maquindox was highly active at intestinalcanal common bacilli, but easily cause toxic reaction at higher level. The main purpose of this article was to describe the new substances to substitute maquindox to control gastrointestinal disease ecologically.
