超高效液相色谱法测定鳗鱼中氟乐灵残留量

摘要:
建立一种超高效液相色谱法测定鳗鱼中氟乐灵残留量的方法。样品经正己烷均质提取,浓缩后经弗罗里硅土小柱净化,浓缩,甲醇定容,超高效液相色谱分离,TUV检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量。结果表明:该方法在浓度0.05 ~ 5μg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数r为0.99997;在0.01mg/kg~0.5mg/kg添加浓度范围内,方法平均回收率为68.6%~88.1%,相对标准偏差为3.5%~6.3%,检出限为0.01mg/kg,定量限为 0.025mg/kg。方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于鳗鱼中氟乐灵残留量的测定。

Determination of residual trifluralin in eel by UPLC

Abstract:
An ultra performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determination of residual trifluralin in eel. Homogenized eel sample was extracted by n-hexane. The extract was cleanup by Florisil Column and eluted with methanol. Chromatographic separation was achieved by using UPLC in order to retain time for qualitative,peak area for quantitative determination. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.05~5μg/ml with good correlation coefficient(r=0.99997), At concentration range of 0.01mg/kg~0.5mg/kg,the recoveries and relative standard deviation were found to be 68.6%~88.1%,3.5%~6.3% respectively, and the limit of detection was 0.01mg/kg and quantitative detection limit of 0.025mg/kg. This method was highly sensitive and stable and could be used for the detection of residual trifluralin in eel.
