| 摘要: |
| 将禽呼肠孤(Reo)病毒细胞毒（ZJS株）在鸡胚成纤维细胞（CEF）上连续次代，对C1、C2、C3代种毒进行了无菌和支原体污染检验，对C5、C8和C10代种毒进行了外源病原污染检验和特异性鉴定。结果表明，各代次种毒未污染细菌、霉菌、支原体及外源病原，纯净性和特异性各项鉴定结果均符合规定。 |

| Purity and Identity Test for Reovirus Seeds (Strain ZJS ) |

| Abstract: |
| Reovirus seeds (Strain ZJS ) were continuously passaged on primary CEF. Sterility and mycoplasmas test were done on passage 1, 2 and 3. Identity and extraneous test were taken on passage 5, 8 and 10. No bacteria, fungi, mycoplasmas and extraneous viruses can be found for all passages. The seed viruses were neutralized with antiserum of reovirus in the identity test. The results showed that Reovirus seeds (Strain ZJS ) complied with the purity and identity requirements for seed virus. |
