摘要:

介绍了各种霉菌毒素的结构特点、作用机理，详细叙述了从营养方式和非营养方式消除霉菌毒素的策略，重点介绍了抗氧化剂、生物转化等最新的脱毒、解毒方法，对霉菌毒素的临床控制有很好的研究意义。

Abstract:

The harmful effects, structures of various mycotoxins were reviewed. The nutritive (e.g. antioxidants), non-nutritive compounds (e.g. carbon- or silica-based polymers) and detoxifying enzymes were discussed in detail. The main purpose of this article was to describe the useful substances, advantages and disadvantages for strategies on the elimination of mycotoxins. Current application of these results in mycotoxins controlling was useful for future research.
