| In this article, some published datas about lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in public were reviewed, the function of LAB, such as absorption of nutrients, prevention and therapy of disease and enhancement of the host’s immune response was summarized, the mechanisms of healthy function were illustrated, and the research development on LAB in the future was also briefly analyzed. |
