摘要:

核心竞争力是兽药企业生存、发展的力量源泉，为了使兽药企业对核心竞争力有个清晰的认识，本文介绍了核心竞争力的概念、特征及其识别，建立了兽药企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系和评价方法，并对3个兽药企业进行了实证研究，为企业战略管理和政府部门的决策提供有益的参考。

Abstract:

Core competence is a source of strength for veterinary enterp- rises to survive from the competition and to develop. In order to have a clear understanding of the core competence and to create and nurture it for animal drug companies, we introduced the concept, feature and identification of core competence. Further, we established the evaluation index system and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for assessing core competence,and had an empirical study for three animal companys according to theirs situation,taking useful reference on strategic management of company and government decision.
