摘要:

建立气相色谱法测定喉炎净散中龙脑含量的方法。色谱柱：DB-WAX 30m?.25mm?.25祄，柱温：140℃，进样口温度：160℃，检测器温度：180℃，柱流量：1mL/min，以氮气为载气，以乙酸乙酯为溶剂，以水杨酸甲酯为内标。龙脑进样量在0.1999～3.998礸，峰面积比与浓度呈良好的线性关系（R2=0.999），平均回收率为99.1 %，RSD=0.7 %。该方法快速、灵敏、准确，可作为喉炎净散质量评价的依据。

Abstract:

To establish a GC method for the determination of borneol in Houyanjing Powder. DB-WAX（30m?.25mm?.25μm）Column was used. The column temperature is 140℃,The injector temperature is 160℃,The detector temperature is 180℃,The column flow is 1mL/min, The carrier gas is Nitrogen, The solvent is ethyl acetate and the internal standard is methyl salicylate. A good linearity of borneol was in the rang of 0.1999～3.998μg（R2=0.999）, and the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 0.7%. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Houyanjing Powder.
