建立中兽药制剂护肝颗粒的成型工艺,考察单一辅料以及不同配比的蔗糖和糊精分别制粒后,对颗粒成型性、溶化性、抗湿性的影响。结果表明,混合辅料蔗糖-糊精(2∶1),所得颗粒成型性好,溶化性好、抗湿性强。本成型工艺可为护肝颗粒最终处方的确定以及投入生产时环境的控制提供一定的依据。 |

Abstract: |
The best formulation process of Hugan Granule was ascertained. The influence of the single supplementary material as well as the different allocated proportion of sucrose and dextrin to make the grain on the pellet formability, deliquescence and anti-wet was tested. The results showed that when the mixed supplementary material sucrose-dextrin was 2∶1, the obtained pellet formability is good, the deliquescence is good, and the anti-wet is strong. This formalizing process can provide certain basis for the determination of final prescription as well as for the environment control. |
