| 建立了一种新的测定头孢噻呋钠含量的HPLC方法。结果显示该法在48-200μg/mL浓度范围内峰面积和浓度呈良好线性关系，与传统方法比较，本方法的准确度、精密度、耐用性良好，而且简单、快速、易于操作。 |

| Abstract: |
| A new HPLC method was established for the determination of ceftiofur sodium tock.The result showed that the HPLC square for the determination of ceftiofur sodium tock was good linear correlation with concentraction in range of 48-200μg/mL (R2=0.9979 n=6).Comparing with the national standard method of ceftiofur sodium tock ,the new method is good for accuracy,precision,durability,simple,ruickly and easy to operation. |
