| 目的:建立药物盐酸阿苯达唑亚砜的化学结构确证方法。方法:通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了盐酸阿苯达唑亚砜纯度；采用紫外光谱（UV）、红外光谱（IR） 、核磁共振（NMR）以及质谱（MS）等分析方法对盐酸阿苯达唑亚砜样品进行了结构测定。结果:确证盐酸阿苯达唑亚砜的结构为[5-(丙亚砜基)-1H-苯并咪唑-2-基] 氨基甲酸甲酯盐酸。结论:本法测定结果准确全面,为盐酸阿苯达唑亚砜的生产和鉴定提供了较为全面的参考数据。本文具有很好的理论价值和实际应用价值，实验设计合理、数据可靠、结果准确。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of Albendazol sulfoxide hydrochloride. Method: High - performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV) , infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy ( FT - IR) , nuclearmagnetic resonance (NMR) , mass spectroscopy(MS) were adopted to analyze the chemical structure of Albendazol sulfoxide hydrochloride. Result: The chemical structure is Methyl 5-(propylsulfinyl)-2-benzimidazolecarbamate* Hydrochloric acid. Conclusion: The result of the method is accurate, general and can provide a comp rehensive reference for production and identification of Albendazol sulfoxide hydrochloride. This article has reasonable experiment design, reliable data, and accurate result, so it has high theory value and practical value. |
