乙酰丙酮与甲醛在乙酸-乙酸铵介质中形成黄色化合物,该化合物在波长411nm处有最大吸收。结果表明甲醛在比色液中含量小于4μg/mL时符合比尔定律,线性相关系数r2=0.9999。对样品平行6次测定相对标准偏差为0.68%~1.62%,回收率为91.2%~93.8%。该方法测定甘油缩甲醛中游离甲醛含量简便、快捷,准确可靠。 |

Abstract: |
Formaldehyde reaction with acetylacetone to form a yellow complex with a maximum absorption at 411nm under the condition of acetic acid- ammonium acetate.Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~4 μg /mL,it’s correlation coefficient R2 as 0.9999. The recoveries rate of method are 91.2%~93.8% and the relative standard deviations are 0.68%~1.62% for 6 parallel determinations of glycerol formal samples.Results indicate that the method was reliable and accurate |
