This study set up the protein bio-chip high-throughput screening methods which detected several important veterinary drugs (Clenbuterol, streptomycin, enrofloxacin, and sulfamethazine (sulfonamides dimethyl)) in animal tissues (pork, pork liver and chicken muscle, chicken liver) and the method was compared with ELISA, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer,High Performance Liquid Chromatography and microbic method . |
