长期以来，经营环节兽药质量低下是不争的事实，本文从现实需求的角度出发，呼吁国家根据《兽药管理条例》和《兽药经营质量管理规范》，在全国范围内尽快组织开展兽药GSP认证工作，提高经营环节的兽药质量，保证动物疫病防治和动物性产品安全，保护广大养殖农民及养殖户的根本利益，维护人民群众的合法权益和身体健康。
