利用基因工程方法构建的小分子抗体,不仅具备亲本抗体可与抗原特异性结合的特征,更因其分子量小、组织穿透性强、免疫源性低、血液清除快、可经济方便地生产等优点在疾病的诊断和治疗中凸显出重要价值。文章对基因工程小分子抗体结构、抗体功能、在动物疾病研究中的应用等方面的进展情况进行了简要综述。 |

Abstract: |
Genetic engineered recombinant antibody fragments are showing their increasingly prominent function in therapeutics and diagnostics because of their small molecular weight, strong penetrability in tissues, minimal immunogenicity, fast clearance rate in serum and low cost. In this review, the structure and function of genetic engineered recombinant antibody fragments are briefly presented. Furthermore, most current applications of these antibody fragments as animal therapeutics and diagnostics are included. |
