细菌人工染色体及其在马立克氏病病毒研究中的应用

摘要:
细菌人工染色体(Bacterial artificial chromosome,BAC)是近十几年来发展起来的一种新型DNA 克隆载体系统,具有操作简单、遗传稳定、容量大等明显的优势,主要用于构建基因组文库、转基因动物模型、分子克隆化病毒等。本文简单介绍了BAC载体及其修饰技术,重点综述BAC在马立克氏病病毒基因功能、疫苗研究中应用。

Application of Bacterial Artificial Chromosome system in the research of MDV

Abstract:
Bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) system, a recently developed new DNA clone vector , has many advantages such as easily manipulated, stable genetics, held much larger pieces of DNA. The vector is mainly used to construct genome library, transgenic animal model, molecular cloning viruses. The present article reviewed the application of bacterial artificial chromosome system in the research of MDV genes function and vaccines.
