马立克氏病病毒肿瘤Meq基因缺失株的保护性免疫作用

摘要:马立克氏病病毒(MDV)的致病性一直在不断增强中,甚至已出现了能抵抗CV1988/Rispens疫苗的特超强株。为此,科学家一直在研究更有效的新疫苗。已有报道表明,用感染性克隆技术构建的肿瘤Meg基因缺失株,不仅没有致肿瘤性而且能提供比CV1988/Rispens株疫苗更好的保护性免疫。本实验室也用BAC克隆技术构建了MDV中国野毒株的Meg基因缺失株,显示出在抗马立克氏病方面具有与美国Meg基因缺失株同样有效的保护性免疫效果,而且其自身没有明显的免疫抑制作用。本文对美国和中国的二个MDV的Meg基因缺失株的优缺点做了比较。

Comparison of two Marek’s disease virus Meq-deletion mutants

Abstract:
Abstract: The pathogenicity of Marek’s disease viruses (MDV) is being continuously increased, even some very virulent plus MDV strains resistant to CVI988/Rispens emerged. Scientist has to continue their researches on new vaccines for better protective efficacy against MDV. It was reported that a Meq-deletion mutant of Md5 provided better protective immunity against vvMDV and VV MDV than CVI988/Rispens. Our lab also constructed a Meq-deletion mutant from Chinese field strain GX0101 with BAC clone technique, it also demonstrated better protective immunity than CVI988. In this paper, both Meq-deletion mutants were compared for their protective immunity and other biological characteristics.
