反向遗传操作技术的问世为RNA病毒的研究铺平了道路,研究人员根据需要在DNA水平上对RNA病毒进行加工和修饰,进而深入研究RNA病毒的本质和开发新产品。自反向遗传操作技术在猪瘟病毒上应用以来,在对猪瘟病毒致病机理、分子表达调控机制、细胞生长特性、毒力决定基因等方面的研究已取得明显进展。本文就反向遗传操作技术在猪瘟病毒基础理论研究中的应用作一简要综述,通过了解病毒基因组的功能、病毒与宿主致病力的关系以及病毒增殖特性等,为研究开发理想猪瘟标记疫苗开拓思路。 |

Application of Reverse Genetic Techniques to basis research on classical swine fever virus |

Abstract: |
The advent of reverse genetics pave the way for studying RNA virus, which make processing and modifying RNA viruses on DNA level available, and in-depth study the nature of RNA viruses and develop new products. Since application of this technology to classical swine fever virus (CSFV), great progresses in pathogenesis, molecular expression and regulation mechanism, cell growth characteristics and virulence determine gene of CSFV had been made. In this paper, a brief review of reverse genetics in studying CSFV was summarized. It would be as reference to study the CFSV and develop ideal marker vaccine against CSF. |
