我国渔药剂型使用现状及其在渔药安全使用技术中的价值

摘要:

剂型是评价药物的重要指标之一。我国现有渔药剂型种类较为单一，以粉剂、水剂等传统剂型为主，新剂型较为匮乏。渔药剂型间接影响水产品安全。通过合理改变和优化剂型，可以提高渔药的生物利用度，减少用药剂量；降低对水产动物的毒副作用；增强渔药的缓释和控释性能；提高渔药的稳定性。制定和颁布渔药剂型技术规范、研制渔药专用辅料、发展以微胶囊为代表的渔药新剂型、优化渔药剂型结构是未来渔药剂型发展的趋势，也是针对目前突出的药物残留问题，保障水产品安全的一个重要措施。

Abstract:

Dosage form was one of the important factors used to evaluate the drugs. In our country, the kinds of the dosage forms of fishery drugs are scarce. Most of them were the traditional dosage forms such as powder and aqua, while the novel ones are really infrequent. Dosage forms paid great effect on the safety of aquatic products. By transforming and optimizing the dosage forms properly, the bioavailability of fishery drugs could be increased while the applied dosage could be decreased greatly. The toxicity to the aquatic animal can be reduced. The capability of sustained release and controlled release could be enhanced as well as the stability of fishery drugs could be improved. According to the problems, it is suggested that we should establish and publish the technical criterion, develop the unique pharmaceutical necessities, screen the novel dosage forms such as the microcapsulation, adjust and optimize the dosage forms of the fishery drugs. It is an important measure to guarantee the safety of fishery products in the future.
