目的:用拉曼光谱法鉴别恩诺沙星固体分散体,以期获得一种新的简单易行的固体分散体的验证方法。方法:采用熔融法制备恩诺沙星固体分散体,用显微共焦拉曼光谱仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分别采集恩诺沙星粉末、PEG6 000、恩诺沙星:PEG6 000(1:6)的物理混合物以及恩诺沙星固体分散体的拉曼光谱和红外光谱并进行对比分析。结果:恩诺沙星与PEG6 000之间存在氢键效应,恩诺沙星高度分散在PEG6 000中。结论:拉曼光谱法快速、直接、对样品无损伤,是一种理想的验证固体分散体的方法。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To identify enrofloxacin solid dispersion with Raman spectrometry in order to obtain a new and simple method to verify solid dispersion. Methods: Enrofloxacin solid dispersion was Prepared by hot-melt method. The Raman spectrum and infrared spectrum of crude enrofloxacin, PEG6 000, physical mixtures, solid dispersion were acquired by Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectrometers. And the spectra were compared with each other in order to find out the differences between enrofloxacin solid dispersion and other materials. Results: Enrofloxacin and PEG6 000 were linked by hydrogen bond, and enrofloxacin was dispersed in solid dispersion. Conclusion: Raman spectrometry which is fast, direct and non-damaged is an ideal method in identifying solid dispersion. |
