| ［摘要］通过正交试验设计，研究确定烟酸诺氟沙星注射液的最佳配方和生产工艺。结果表明，当NaHSO3 0.2％、EDTA-2Na 0.05％、活性炭 0.1％、pH值调节在6.0，灭菌温度控制在115℃、时间为30min，制备的烟酸诺氟沙星注射液产品符合标准规定［2］，确定为最佳配方和工艺。 |

| Abstract: In order to obtain the optimum prescription and production technology, the preparation of norfloxacin nicotinate injection was investigated by orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions for norfloxacin nicotinate injection were as following: 0.2％NaHSO3, 0.05％EDTA-2Na, 0.1％active carbon, pH with 6.0, sterilized by 30min and with 115℃. |
