一种复方中药制剂对断奶仔猪免疫机能的影响

摘要:

选用同一保育舍的90头断奶仔猪进行饲养试验，并进行血液采集和免疫指标测定。90头断奶仔猪随机分为3组，分为对照I组(28日龄不断奶)、对照Ⅱ组(28日龄断奶，饲料中添加常规抗生素和化学药)和试验组(28日龄断奶，饲料中添加复方中药制剂)。复方中药制剂于仔猪断奶当天添加，剂量为基础日粮的千分之一(m/m)。结果表明，中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞：在仔猪断奶后第14天，试验组与对照I组无显著差异，对照Ⅱ组和对照I组差异显著；绵羊红细胞抗体：断奶后第14天，试验组比对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组分别提高了22.79%和35.37%差异极显著（p<0.01）；γ-球蛋白含量：断奶后第7天，试验组比对照Ⅱ组提高了4.90%（p<0.01），断奶后第14天，试验组比对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组分别提高了4.85%和9.61%（p<0.01）；外周血单核细胞增值率：试验组与对照Ⅰ组无显著差异（p>0.05）。通过本试验初步判断：复方中药制剂可显著提高仔猪免疫机能，增强机体免疫力。

Abstract:

A total of 90 weaning piglets in the same nursery were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly. Group I was those 28 days old and still suck, group II was those weaning 28 days old and fed with basal diet added regular antibiotic and chemical medicine, test group those weaning and 28 days old and fed with basal diet added Compound Chinese Herbal Preparation（CCHP）. CCHP was added on the day of weaning, and the dosage was the milli weight of the basal diet. The results showed as follows, the neutrophile granulocyte and lymphocyte had no significant difference between test group and reference I while reference II and I had significant difference after 14 days of weaning. Compared with reference I and II group, the level of sheep red blood cell antibody titers of test group increased significantly by 22.79% and 35.37%(p<0.01) respectively after 14 days of weaning. Compared with reference II, the gamma globulin content increased 4.90%(p<0.01) of test group after 7 days of weaning. Compared with reference I and II group, the gamma globulin content increased 4.85% and 9.61% (p<0.01) respectively. The breeding ratio of periphery blood monocyte had no significant difference between test group and reference I group(p>0.05). A initial conclusion in this experiment was made that the compound Chinese Herbal Preparation can obviously improve the immune function of the weaning piglets, thus enhance the immunity of piglets.
