摘要:

建立了沃尼妙林中甲基叔丁基醚残留量的测定方法。采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法，HP-innowax毛细管柱，载气为氮气，氢火焰离子化检测器，水为溶解介质，检测了沃尼妙林原料药中甲基叔丁基醚的残留量。结果表明：在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性（r=0.99995），平均回收率为94.95%，RSD为0.47%,检测限为0.01μg/ml。

Abstract:

A method for determination of residual methyl tert-butyl ether in Valnemulin was established. Methyl tert-butyl ether was quantitatively determined by headspace capillary GC with HP-innowax column and FID detector ,water as solvent media ,nitrogen as the carrier gas .There was a good linearity（r=0.99995）.The average recovery rate of the preparation was 94.95%；the RSD was 0.47%;the detection limit of methyl tert-butyl ether was 0.01μg/ml.
