本文建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC) 测定“甘草颗粒”中甘草酸的含量的检测方法。以甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。样品采取流动相超声提取,高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果甘草酸在0.002mg/ml~1.000mg/ml的浓度范围内拥有良好线性,相关系数为0.9999711。添加回收实验平均回收率为99.3%,回收率高。以浓度为0.20mg/ml标准溶液进行重复性实验,重复进样6次峰面积RSD为0.097%,重复性好。本法简便、快速,适用于 “甘草颗粒”中甘草酸的含量,分离效果较好、回收率高,稳定性好。 |

Abstract: |
A high performance liquid chromatogramphic ( HPLC) method was developed for the determination of glycyrrhizae acid in the granulae glycyrrhizae . The sample was separated with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid (67 ∶33 ∶1). Detection wavelength was 250 nm . The linear range was0.002mg/ml~1.000mg/ml ,correlation coefficient was0.9999711. The recovery was 99.3%. The analytical result s showed that the method was rapid , simple , and easy to operate. |
