将100只一日龄健康罗曼褐公雏鸡随机分成两组,每组50只。Ⅰ组从3日龄开始灌服参芪口服液,剂量是1ml/只,每天一次,连用三天,并在24日龄时第二次灌服参芪口服液,剂量、方法同第一次。Ⅱ组灌服PBS,剂量和方法同实验组,作为对照组。14、21、28、35、42日龄分别测定雏鸡血清和肠液的抗体(IgA)含量,并对小肠各段淋巴细胞(IEL)数量计数。结果显示,服用参芪口服液的雏鸡,血清中的IgA含量在21、35、42日龄显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肠液的IgA含量在14、21、35、42日龄显著高于对照组(P<0.05);服用参芪口服液的雏鸡的十二指肠段淋巴细胞数量在整个试验过程中显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),空肠段淋巴细胞数量在14、28、35、42日龄显著高于对照组(P<0.01),回肠段淋巴细胞数量在14、21、28、42日龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。这都表明参芪口服液能明显增强雏鸡的免疫机能。 |

Effects of Shen Qi Oral Liquid on the Immune Function in Chickens |

One hundred one-day-old Roman male chickens were divided randomly into two groups. Each group has 50 chickens. Three days later, every chicken of the group Ⅰ were inoculated 1ml Shen Qi Oral Liquid, once everyday and continued three days. They were inoculated medicine again when they were 24-day-old. The method is as same as the first time. I take The group Ⅱas the control group which were inoculated PBS.The method and dose are all the same as group Ⅰ. I measured IgA content of the blood、intestinal juice and IEL quantity of each section of the small intestine when they are 14-day-old, 21-day-old, 28-day-old, 35-day-old, 42-day-old. The results showed: IgA content in the blood of chickens which have taken medicine are obviously higher than the control group when they are 21-day-old, 35-day-old, 42-day-old( P<0.05 ); IgA content in the intestinal juices of chickens which have taken medicine are obviously higher than the control group when they are 14-day-old, 24-day-old, 35-day-old, 42-day-old( P<0.05 ). IEL quantity in duodenum section of the young chickens which have taken medicine are higher than the control group in the entire testing( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ); IEL quantity in the jejunum section of group Ⅰ are obviously higher than that of the control group on the age of 14, 28, 35 and 42nd, and the difference is extremely remarkable( P<0.01 ). IEL quantity in ileum section of group Ⅰ are also obviously higher than that of the control group when they are 14-day-old, 21-day-old, 28-day-old and 42-day-old ( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ). All this suggests that Shen Qi Oral liquid can enhance the immune function. |
