本试验研究了郁金颗粒所需中药提取物与辅料的比例,黏合剂的使用浓度和用量,通过对颗粒的色泽、过筛率、成品率等进行考察,结果表明郁金颗粒剂的原辅料的最佳比例为1∶0.5∶1,酒精的最佳浓度和使用量为75%和8ml,烘干的温度为55-60℃,时间2h。制备出的郁金颗粒剂色泽均匀,颗粒蓬松,易于溶解,颗粒的流动性好,颗粒干燥度高,粒度为8.96%,符合兽药典规定。再通过粒度、水分、吸湿性、临界相对湿度等的测定,表明研制出的郁金颗粒制备工艺能够满足兽药生产企业进行该制剂的规模化生产。 |

Abstract: |
This study investigated the proportion of the particle turmeric extract and auxiliary materials required for traditional Chinese medicine, Concentration and amount of adhesive used. Through inspecting the color of the particles, Sieving rate, finished product rate, the result showed that turmeric granules in the best raw materials ratio 1:0.5:1, The best concentration of alcohol and use of 75%, and 8ml, Drying temperature of 55-60 ℃, time 2h. By this preparation technology, we produced a uniform color, fluffy and easy to dissolve particles .Turmeric granules were good mobility of particles with high grain drying and particle size of 8.96%. all of these met the Veterinary Pharmacopoeia requirements. By particle size, moisture content, moisture absorption, the determination of the critical relative humidity. That developed the turmeric particle preparation to meet the veterinary drug manufacturers to conduct large-scale production of the preparation. |
