This paper overall summarizes the risks of thiocyanate in milk to human health, including the use of thiocyanate for preservation of raw milk,the normal levels and analytical methods of thiocyanate in milk, the sources and influencing factors of thiocyanate in milk and human body, the toxic effect and human health risk assessment of thiocyanate in milk. |
