为板青颗粒生产选择先进的成型工艺,以溶化性、水分、颗粒中腺苷的含量为指标,研究两种成型工艺对板青颗粒主要指标成分的影响。结果表明沸腾制粒工艺所得颗粒的水分、溶化性上有显著优势,腺苷的转移率是传统摇摆制粒工艺的1.5倍,建议板青颗粒生产选择沸腾制粒成型工艺。 |

Abstract: |
To provide the advanced Pharmaceutical technology for Banqing granules,Taking water content,melt and adenosine as the basis indexes for Banqing granules to research two pharmaceutical technologies. The research shows that fluid bed granulation is 1.5 times of oscillating granulator in the transfer rate of adenosine and the fluid bed granulation has significant advantages in water content and melt, Recommended that production of Banqing granules is the pharmaceutical technology of fluid bed granulation. |
