建立了苦参注射液中苦参碱含量的HPLC检测法。色谱条件为:色谱柱waters C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);以0.02mol/L乙酸铵缓冲溶液(含500μL/L三乙胺)-甲醇-乙腈(70:10:20)为流动相;检测波长210nm;流速为1mL/min;柱温30℃;进样量20μL。苦参碱进样浓度在4.0~200.0μg/mL的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);样品平均回收率为100.1%(n=9),RSD为1.1%。本方法简便、准确度高、重复性好,可用于苦参注射液中苦参碱的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
Abstrac: An HPLC method for the content determination of matrine in matrine injection was developed . The Column was Waters C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) , mobile phase was 0.02mol/L acetate buffer solution (500μL/L triethylamine) -methanol-acetonitrile (70:10:20), detection wavelength was 210 nm, flow rate was 1 mL /min. The column temperature was 30℃. The injection volume was 20μL.There was a good linear correlation between the peak areas and the concentrations of matrine at the range of 4.0~200.0μg/mL (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 100.1%with RSD of 1.1%(n=9).The results indicated that the method was simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of matrine in matrine injection. |
