摘要:

抗菌肽是当动物机体受到损伤或病原微生物侵袭时, 能够在动物体内迅速诱导合成的一类具有抗菌或杀菌活性的碱性多肽类物质。本文从抗菌肽的概念、种类、生物学功能、作用机制、应用前景等几个方面系统的阐述了鱼类抗菌肽的研究进展。

Abstract:

Antimicrobial peptide can be induced quickly and synthesised when the animal body wasdamaged or invasived by pathogenic microorganism in animals. It is an alkaline polypeptide with antibacterial or bactericidal activity.This text elaborates the research progress of antimicrobial peptides from conception,kind, biological function, mechanism of action ,application and so on.
