| 本文为建立复方磺胺喹噁啉溶液的微生物限度检验方法，采用薄膜过滤法，通过固定的冲洗量，观察其回收率来确定适宜的检验方法。结果：样品在冲洗500 mL时对细菌、霉菌无抑制作用。结论：复方磺胺喹噁啉溶液微生物限度检查应采用薄膜过滤法，冲洗量为500 mL。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper is about the establishment of the microbial limited test for compound Sulfaquinoxaline，which is observed to determine the appropriate test by using membrane filtration and washing through a fixed amount of recovery. Results: When the flush volume is 500ml ,the samples doesn’t have inhibitory effect to bacteria and mildew. Conclusion: The Microbial Limit Test for compound Sulfaquinoxaline should use membrane filtration method.Besides the flush volume is 500 ml. |
