食品中(氟)喹诺酮类兽药多残留检测技术的应用与发展

摘要:
(氟)喹诺酮类兽药在食品中的残留问题引起各国的重视,建立高效灵敏的多残留检测方法是(氟)喹诺酮类兽药检测方法研究的热点和趋势。通过对微生物抑制法、色谱法、免疫法、蛋白芯片法在多残留检测技术的解析,概述食品中(氟)喹诺酮类药物多残留检测技术的应用现状与发展,为开展药物残留检测的研究和监测提供借鉴。

The question of quinolones residues in food has attracted the world attention. It is the hot and trend to establish an efficient and senstive multi-residue detection method of (fluoro) quinolones. The paper describe the application status and limited of (fluoro) quinolones Multi-residue detection in food. It is provide refernce for further development of drug residue detection research and monitoring.
