| 应用测量不确定度评定与表达的理论，以浊度法测定泰乐菌素可溶性粉为例，分析了影响效价测量不确定度的因素。包括测定过程中测量重复性、天平、移液管、容量瓶、微量移液器等因素，计算得出效价测定结果的扩展不确定度为3.28%。 |

| By the theory of evaluation and expression of the uncertainty of measurement,determine the Tylosin content through using turbidimetric,analyze the factor that effect the uncertainty of measurement.The factors includes reproducibility of measurement,balance,pipe,beaker and micropipette.The expanded uncertainty of titer is 3.28%. |
