白鳍鲨雷极氏普罗菲登斯菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要:

从北京海洋馆死亡的白鳍鲨腹腔脓液和心血分离到一株病原菌，经生理生化、培养特性、16S rRNA序列鉴定为雷极氏普罗菲登斯菌。以16S rRNA序列为基础构建了包括普罗菲登斯菌属模式株在内的系统发育树，分离菌株与雷极氏普罗菲登斯菌模式株DSM4542的同源性最近。药敏试验结果表明，该菌对氨曲南、头孢曲松、磷霉素、哌拉西林、头孢呋辛钠、诺氟沙星、头孢哌酮敏感。毒力试验试验结果显示该菌可致小鼠死亡。

Abstract:

A pathogenic bacteria isolated from the dead whitetip shark in Beijing aquarium were identified as Providencia rettgeri by biochemical and physillogical characteristics, culture characteristics, 16S rRNA sequence analysis. A phylogenetic tree was construced by comparing with the validly published 16S rRNA sequence of the related type strains from GenBank. The result shows that the strain I belongs to Providencia rettgeri. Drug sensitivity test shows that the strain is sensitive to Aztreonam, Ceftriaxone, Fosfomycin , Piperacillin , Cefuroxime Sodium , Norfloxacin , Cefoperazone. The result of virulence test shows that the strain I can cause mice dead.
