| 非甾体抗炎药（Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，NSAIDs）残留引发的食品安全问题日趋受到关注。目前，国内外有关检测方法主要采用高效液相色谱、液相色谱-质谱、气相色谱-质谱、毛细管电泳、薄层色谱和分光光度等方法，检测样品基质主要以血液、尿液为主，而动物组织（肌肉、肝脏等）中NSAIDs的残留检测方法报道较少。 |

| Abstract: |
| Concerns on the safety problems caused by Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) residues in food were increased. Nowadays ,the analytical methods for NSAIDs determination are usually using high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis, high performance thin-layer chromatography and spectrophotometry, the samples are almost blood and urine, and only few is animal tissue. |
