目前,检测食品中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸残留的方法主要有GC-MS、HPLC、LC-MS/MS、ELISA。本文介绍了食品中测定三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸残留的前处理、分离与检测方法,并比较了以上四种方法用于食品中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸残留检测的优缺点,同时对此类检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。 |

Abstract: |
GC-MS,LC-MS,LC-UV or ELISA are the most detections which are used in the the determination of Melamine and Cyanuric acid residues in natural products.This present paper reviewed the extraction , isolation and analysis of Melamine and Cyanuric acid, and point out each analytical technique offers unique advantages and disadvantages, the detection should be selected according to the determined targets. In addition the development trends of detection methods for trace amounts of the drugs in the foods derived from animals are also viewed. |
