不同接毒方法对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒增殖效果比较

摘要:
摘 要:通过对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染Marc-145细胞4种不同接毒方法的比较研究,筛选出一种既能减少工作流程,提高工作效率,降低污染几率及生产成本,同时又能保证毒价的接种方法,以满足规模生产的工艺要求。试验结果表明,同步接毒法工艺简单,繁殖毒液时间短,毒价最高,效果最佳。

Abstract:
Abstract:Four different inoculation methods of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) infection of Marc-145 cells were compared in yield PRRSV antigen virus fluid course, and a scientific and effective inoculation method was screened out to reduce the work flow, improve efficiency, reduce pollution rate and production costs, while ensuring virus titers, and can adapt the industrial production requirements. The result showed that the method of simultaneous inoculation with PRRSV to the culture medium while cell passage had the best effect compared with other methods. It ensured the highest virus titers and can shorten harvest time, save raw materials, ease the workload
