为了探讨姬松茸水溶性粗多糖对镉中毒小鼠脂质过氧化损伤的影响,将150只SPF级雄性健康小白鼠被随机分为对照组、模型组、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3五组。模型组与3个试验组采用2.5 mg/kg镉染毒,同时对3个试验组给予100mg/kg、300mg/kg 、500mg/kg姬松茸水溶性粗多糖溶液进行保护,试验日程为5周。结果,与模型组比较,高剂量多糖保护组试验组2、试验组3小鼠脂质过氧化指标MDA、GSH、GSH-PX明显改善。 |

Effects of Hydrophilic Polysaccharides Extracted from Agaricus blazei on Lipid Peroxidation Scathing of Tested Mice with Cadmium Poisoning |

Abstract: |
In order to research the effects of lipid peroxidation scathing to tested mice with cadmium poisoning by application of hydrophilic polysaccharides extracted from Agaricus blazei, 150 SPF male healthy mice were divided randomly into 5 groups of the control, the model, the experimental group 1, the experimental group 2, the experimental group 3. Three experimental groups and the model group were injected with 2.5 mg/kg of cadmium per day, and 100mg/kg, 300mg/kg, 500mg/kg of polysaccharides solution was administered simultaneously to three experimental groups for five weeks, respectively. Compared with the model group, MDA、GSH、GSH-PX in the experimental group 2 and the experimental group 3 were significantly improved. |
