菌蜕是通过基因灭活的方法,利用噬菌体PhiX174的裂解蛋白E 在革兰氏阴性菌细胞膜形成一个跨膜孔道结构使其胞质内容物由孔道排出所形成的细菌空壳结构。这种空壳结构因其保留了细菌的完整结构,不仅可用于疫苗制备的抗原结构,还可作为药物、异源抗原、核酸等的递送载体,具有广泛的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
Bacterial ghosts are nondenaturated empty cell envelopes of Gram-negative bacteria produced by E-mediated lysis. Within E-cracking protein of bacteriophage PhiX174, a pore canal will formed on the Gram-negative bacteria’s cell membrane,and the cell-inner will exhause,which is called gene inactivation. The nondenaturated empty cell envelopes can be antigens of vaccines, and delivery carriers of medcines, alloantigens, and nucleic acids because of intact bacterial structure. So Bacterial ghosts have widely applicable prospect. |
