摘要:

变性高效液相色谱（DHPLC）是一种高通量筛选DNA序列变异的新技术，从该技术的工作原理、主要技术特点等作了综述，并对其在微生物领域的应用如耐药检测、基因分型和鉴定、混合微生物分离鉴定等方面作了较详细的综述,而其快速、经济、准确和自动化程度高等特点，将广泛应用于微生物领域。

Abstract:

Denaaturing High Perfoemance Liquid Chromatography (DHPLC) is a kind of high throughout new technique to detect the mutation of the DNA sequence. Working principles and main technical characteristic were reviewed. The applications in the microorganism domain such as drug resistance detection,genotyping and identification,isolation and identification of composite microbes were also expounded. And its efficiency, accuracy and automatization has found increasing advantages in the microorganism domain.
